As Registrar of Deeds, the County Clerk receives, records, and preserves these records, in many cases for perpetuity. In addition, the County Clerk serves in a number of other important functions; Prepare, post agendas and maintain meeting minutes for the following boards:
Member of the Budget Board
Secretary to the Excise Board:
Receives all budgets submitted by cities, towns, and school districts in the County; presents to the Board
Secretary to the Tax Roll Correction Board
Secretary to the Equalization Board
Secretary to the several Trust Authorities
