Licensed Midwives with the State of Oklahoma

State statute requires that the Oklahoma State Department of Health shall maintain a list of all Licensed Midwives in the state, and provide this list to each of the county clerks.

As per state statute:

310:395-1-7. Registration list

The Department shall maintain a list of all Licensed Midwives in the state, and provide this list to the county clerk with a name of each Licensed Midwife practicing in a county.

Section 3040.13 - Roster of Licensed Midwives - State - County - Confidential Data

B. The Department shall provide each county clerk and each local registrar of births in a county with the name of each midwife practicing in the county.

Below is a list of Licensed Midwives currently licensed by the Oklahoma State Department of Health. This list is specific to non-nurse midwives as Certified Nurse Midwives are licensed by another board and are exempted from this license per OAC 310:395-1-3.
